We had planned that the helicopter would land in a soccer field of one of our local schools. They accidentally landed in a cabbage field, which is much closer to the mission and it is all smoothed paved road to arrive at the hospital. The lady who owns the field has allowed us to continue to use her field. We are so blessed to have such caring people in our community who are willing to give up their cabbage field for us to use as a helicopter landing place.
God is so Good!
Below are some pictures of our dedicated national staff working along side of some of the volunteering doctors from Samaritan's Purse. It truly is amazing how a group of doctors who don't really know each other can work together so well. There is great cooperation among the staff which is such a blessing.
